Hearts of palm cut pieces in tin cans – 398ml

Our AGROCAN Hearts of Palm, come mostly from Bolivian small farms. This is the edible inner core of a Palm Tree bud. The bark and white fibers are removed, leaving the center core or Heart of Palm. It has a soft texture, mild flavor and full of nutrients.
It is a good source of Dietary Fiber, Folate, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Zinc, Copper, Manganese, Calcium and Vitamin C.

AGROCAN brand canned Hearts of Palm are used directly from the tin. Since harvesting is such a labor-intensive task, Hearts of Palm are considered a delicacy. They can be eaten alone, as a side dish, added to a salad or made into a dip.
